Powerlifting Class 10

Looking to compete in the Rochester Rumble on September 15th (link below)? Just want to improve your Powerlifting total? Join our 12 week Powerlifting class!

Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter, this class will
-Teach you to execute the three main lifts according to IPF Standards
-Take you through strength and peaking phases tailored to your strength level.

Each Class will include instruction on the squat, the bench press, and the deadlift.

Non-members: $20
Members: $10

6-class pass (training program included):
Non-members: $100
Members: $50

12-class total package (training program included):
Non-members: $180
Members: $90
