Meet facts:

- This is a one platform, one session meet, capped at 45 lifters

- Lifting starts at 9:00am (weigh-ins at 7:00am)

- Awards will be given for top 3 by total in each division and gender category

- Open to ALL lifters, ages 8 to 108

- No qualifying total is required

- Warm up room will be outfitted with competition-grade equipment, including combo racks, calibrated KG plates, and Ohio Power Bars

- Meet t-shirt is included in the cost of registration
