We’re bringing back our Powerlifting class! Come on out and learn the lifts, sharpen your skills, and put weight on your total! Come in anytime we’re open to sign up!
Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter, this class will
-Teach you to execute the three main lifts according to IPF Standards
-Take you through strength and peaking phases tailored to your strength level.
Each Class will include instruction on the squat, the bench press, and the deadlift.
Please note - the deadline to sign up for the first 6 weeks or full 12 week bundle will be November 16th; and the deadline to sign up for the 2nd 6-week bundle of classes will be December 28th. Don’t miss out on this!
