Partner Palooza: A Test of Teamwork and Strength

Join us for Partner Palooza, the first-ever team event hosted by Monroe County CrossFit at East Ave Barbell. Partner Palooza promises to push your limits, test your endurance, and strengthen the bonds of teamwork like never before. Get ready for an epic showdown as you and your partner tackle three challenging events designed to challenge both body and mind.

Event 1: The Grind

For time w/partner break up however you like

RX

100 wall balls (20/14lbs to 10/9’)

100 Chest to bar

100 alternating pistol squats

100 alternating DB snatches @ 70/50lbs

Scaled

100 wall balls (14/10lbs to 10/9’)

100 Pendlay Rows (95/65lbs)

100 alternating Reverse Lunges 

100 alternating DB snatches @ 35/25lbs

20-minute time cap

Event 2: Synchro Stamina

15 Minute AMRAP

2 GHD sit ups

2 Cleans (155/110lbs)

7 Synchro Bar facing burpees

partner switch every round GHD sit up and cleans

Increase by 2 reps every round

2 Ab-Mat sit ups

2 Cleans (115/85lbs)

Event 3: Yoking Gauntlet

For time

RX

50’ yoke carry (400lbs men/200lbs women)

50’ Sand Bag Carry and Load over yoke (150/70lbs)

50’ yoke carry (500lbs men/ 250lbs women)

50’ Keg Carry and load over yoke (180/100lbs)

Scaled

50’ yoke carry (300lbs men/165lbs women) 

50’ Sand Bag carry and load over yoke (100/50lbs)

50’ yoke carry (400lbs men/185lbs women)

50’ Keg Carry and load over yoke (130/75lbs)

Woman go first. She will pick up and carry Yoke #1 down 25' and back 25',

pick up Sand bag  carry down 25' and back 25' then load it over the yoke,

pick up Yoke #2 carry it down 25' and back 25', 

pick up Keg and carry it down 25' and back 25',  then load it over the yoke 

After Woman athlete loads implement #2 the team will get 1 minute break fort loaders to adjust the weight then Man athlete will proceed using the men's weights.
